Rodrigo Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Misaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Rodrigo Guerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tom Misaki in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Jaraguá FC were awarded a corner. Luiz Adriano went to the cornerflag to take it. Luiz Adriano made a great header on Jaraguá FC's corner, it was just that Pombal FC's Rodrigo Guerra managed to reach the ball for a save. When Tom Misaki came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Jaraguá FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Misaki couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Salomão Borges in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pombal FC's Eusébio Pontes. Tom Misaki took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodrigo Guerra. Rodrigo Guerra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 28 minutes into the game, Jaraguá FC's Tom Misaki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rodrigo Guerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 31 minutes into the match, Jaraguá FC's Tom Misaki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Guerra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jaraguá FC were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Pombal FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Adriano took the corner. Jaraguá FC's Bolli Crossman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rodrigo Guerra in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 35 minutes of play, Jaraguá FC's Tom Misaki made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Guerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Tom Misaki put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Rodrigo Guerra. In the 42nd minute, Tom Misaki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rodrigo Guerra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Misaki in the 47th minute of play forced Pombal FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Waldemar Luz to strike the kick off in the second half. Pombal FC's Rodrigo Guerra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Pombal FC from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Luken was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After having played for 56 minutes, Luiz Adriano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaraguá FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Adriano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnaldo Nascimento hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Demis Katsarolidis came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Jaraguá FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demis Katsarolidis couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Misaki in the 61st minute of play forced Pombal FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Guerra came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jaraguá FC's Tom Misaki. But to his dismay, Tom Misaki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Rodrigo Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Misaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Jaraguá FC booed when Pombal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tom Misaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rodrigo Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Demis Katsarolidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Misaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Rodrigo Guerra made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Tom Misaki sent off a good shot on target. Valdir Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Luz in the 96th minute of the match. The Jaraguá FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
