In the 7th match minute, Hogwarts was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverre Svingen to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Luisão Ribeiro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hogwarts's Gustavo Boldrini didn't even have to move. Henrique Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bunda Lele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrique Lira in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bunda Lele saved Remedios SC from getting behind. With his leg Bunda Lele managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Hogwarts's Henrique Lira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Henrique Lira in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bunda Lele, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Henrique Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Öman struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Bunda Lele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hogwarts. In the 35thth minute of the game Henrique Lira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Remedios SC's Bunda Lele was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Remedios SC's Bernardinho Alagoano got a free kick in the 37th minute. Amílton Sergipano's late challenge caught a Hogwarts's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amílton Sergipano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute, Amílton Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Jonas Öman fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wincent Wawro to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Jonas Öman made a precise shot to the right of Bunda Lele. Remedios SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Bunda Lele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Remigio in the 91st minute of the match. After 91 played minutes Remedios SC got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Sergipano. When the final whistle went the supporters of Remedios SC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Hogwarts side.
