Mamute's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustão de Mendonça was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Stig-Ove Falkrans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Fabiano Neto made a huge save. Jarbas Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonza Ünder in the 8th minute of play. If Luizinho Xavier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Faustão de Mendonça looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 25 minutes into the game, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Luizinho Xavier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jarbas Lopez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustão de Mendonça in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarbas Lopez saved Mamute from getting behind. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Luizinho Xavier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Didico Difesa lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Fabiano Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hudson Vianna in the 42nd minute of play. Fabiano Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hudson Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faustão de Mendonça to make the kick off. Jarbas Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustão de Mendonça in the 53rd minute. Faustão de Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jarbas Lopez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Fabiano Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosmas Trabakoulos in the 58th minute of play. Kosmas Trabakoulos scored 1-4 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabiano Neto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cido Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarbas Lopez having to interfere. Gonza Ünder received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jarbas Lopez came out and tried to block the shot, but Gonza Ünder slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 63rd minute. Jarbas Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cido Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Jarbas Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonza Ünder in the 68th minute. Guto Gomes came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jarbas Lopez could save by the left post. Faustão de Mendonça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Jarbas Lopez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Faustão de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, Mamute's goal looked a bit too open when César Rossi came free, but Jarbas Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Faustão de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustão de Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarbas Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Faustão de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jarbas Lopez made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Gonza Ünder sent off a good shot on target. Jarbas Lopez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Faustão de Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. The Mamute fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
