Afonsinho Batista took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Gardocki. Konrad Gardocki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 28 played minutes Afonsinho Batista rounded Progresso FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The supporters of Progresso FC booed when Ebla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonsinho Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ebla FC's goalkeeper Wilian Dracena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Fontenelle in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilian Dracena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Ebla FC defense, Yu Chao Gang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilian Dracena. The Ebla FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilian Dracena should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yu Chao Gang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ebla FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Yu Chao Gang scored to the left of an out of position Wilian Dracena, making the score, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto de Lima in the 65th minute of play forced Ebla FC's goalkeeper Wilian Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilian Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72ndth minute of the game Yu Chao Gang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ebla FC's Wilian Dracena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Konrad Gardocki came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Ebla FC's Clementi Llamosas. But to his dismay, Clementi Llamosas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Afonsinho Batista hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Wilian Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Fontenelle in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Ebla FC's Dieguinho Tavares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Konrad Gardocki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wilian Dracena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Fontenelle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Pitta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilian Dracena. Ebla FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Konrad Gardocki came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Ebla FC's Afonsinho Batista. But to his dismay, Afonsinho Batista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 94th minute, Clementi Llamosas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Amílton Talló had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ebla FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Progresso FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
