The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Túlio Torres was the one to do the kick off. Rota66's supporters rose to their feet, but Elder Mazza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarbas Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosmas Trabakoulos in the 72nd minute of play forced Rota66's goalkeeper Eduardo Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mamute's Stig-Ove Falkrans got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Elder Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Paulo Saldanha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Jarbas Lopez made a huge save. Jarbas Lopez made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Elder Mazza sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the match, Elder Mazza notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Mamute's Jarbas Lopez. Jarbas Lopez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rota66 made a substitution. Augusto Maciel replaced Dé Pernambucano.
