The supporters of União São José FC booed when Proteu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Proteu's Casimiro Ignatius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateus Nóbrega in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute 毛明昆 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natanael Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rony Dudu in the 9th minute of the match. 毛明昆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Rony Dudu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rony Dudu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Natanael Breckenfeld firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the União São José FC defense, Denílson Tepedino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natanael Breckenfeld. The União São José FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natanael Breckenfeld should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in União São José FC's zone, 毛明昆 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natanael Breckenfeld came out of the goal and 毛明昆 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as 毛明昆 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Natanael Breckenfeld. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Denílson Tepedino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Natanael Breckenfeld, 3-0. Denílson Tepedino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Breckenfeld having to interfere. Rony Dudu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Natanael Breckenfeld made a huge save. 毛明昆 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Natanael Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 毛明昆 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Breckenfeld having to interfere. Denílson Tepedino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Natanael Breckenfeld made a huge save. Natanael Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qu Wei in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute 毛明昆 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 played minutes Rony Dudu could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 4-0 into the left cross.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 毛明昆 to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, União São José FC's goal looked a bit too open when 毛明昆 came free, but Natanael Breckenfeld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rony Dudu took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natanael Breckenfeld. Natanael Breckenfeld dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Denílson Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Natanael Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natanael Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 毛明昆 in the 64th minute of the match. Natanael Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Dudu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Proteu's 毛明昆 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Natanael Breckenfeld made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 74th minute, Rony Dudu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natanael Breckenfeld was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Natanael Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson Tepedino in the 78th minute of the match. Denílson Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, 毛明昆 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Proteu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. The Proteu fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Proteu's Denílson Tepedino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind União São José FC's goalkeeper Natanael Breckenfeld, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 毛明昆 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Proteu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
