Spectators: 7802 (Terracing: 5853, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 155) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marcinho Moreira got the match started through his kick off. Juliusz Kaczeniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Bouchard in the 4th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Pedro Luís Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FÊNIX F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vingadores F.C U23 the free kick. In the 7th match minute, FÊNIX F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Pereira to maneuver through the defense. After 9 minutes of play FÊNIX F.C.'s Pedro Luís Pereira was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Pedro Luís Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Jailson Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Marquinhos Teixeira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juliusz Kaczeniak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 34th minute Marquinhos Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Kaczeniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Valério Bastos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juliusz Kaczeniak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 43 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Teixeira notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Vingadores F.C U23's Juliusz Kaczeniak. Juliusz Kaczeniak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfredo Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcinho Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 55th minute, Marcinho Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Fantini in the 58th minute of play forced FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Paraibano came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Vingadores F.C U23's Valério Fantini. But to his dismay, Valério Fantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to FÊNIX F.C. getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Kauã Moreno hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes Vingadores F.C U23 got a freekick which was hit by Andre Piovezan. FÊNIX F.C.'s Alfredo Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcinho Moreira in the 64th minute of play. After 67 played minutes FÊNIX F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Teixeira. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Marquinhos Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. FÊNIX F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Marquinhos Teixeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juliusz Kaczeniak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Vingadores F.C U23's zone, Marquinhos Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juliusz Kaczeniak came out of the goal and Marquinhos Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, Sérgio Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 minutes, Andre Piovezan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vingadores F.C U23 and the FÊNIX F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zoltán Kocsis kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Vingadores F.C U23 got a freekick which was hit by Zoltán Kocsis. The supporters of FÊNIX F.C. booed when Vingadores F.C U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoltán Kocsis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Vingadores F.C U23 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FÊNIX F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
