In the 18th minute, Cyprian Czerny reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Décio Rezende. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 22nd match minute, Caveira F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Soto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Caveira F.C getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Naldo da Rocha hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyprian Czerny got free with Décio Rezende in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Alois Cambuquira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Décio Rezende. That made the score 3-0 in the 32 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cyprian Czerny in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Décio Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Augusto Pinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erwin Soto's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Czerny in the 45th minute of play forced Caveira F.C's goalkeeper Décio Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erwin Soto made a kick off. Sílvio Luiz Mazza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Augusto Pinho having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, Caveira F.C's Maksymilian Sanocki got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pedro Augusto Pinho. 71 minutes into the match, Caveira F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Czerny came free, but Décio Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a left leg Pedro Augusto Pinho saved Manituba from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Alfredão Meirelles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manituba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Manituba fully deserved thier win.
