Téo Koehler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bengt Bouchard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 12 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Bengt Bouchard took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Téo Koehler to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bengt Bouchard in the 28th minute of play forced Oranil's goalkeeper Téo Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute of the match FÊNIX F.C. got a corner. Oranil's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marquinhos Teixeira ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FÊNIX F.C.'s corner Marquinhos Teixeira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Téo Koehler quite easily take care of the ball. When Bengt Bouchard came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the FÊNIX F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt Bouchard couldn't finish the play. João Paulo Prata hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. FÊNIX F.C.'s Bengt Bouchard got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Bengt Bouchard took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Téo Koehler to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gonçalo Soeiro made a kick off. Marquinhos Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Téo Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Bouchard, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Gonçalo Soeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Frank Fernandes fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oranil's protests and gave Frank Fernandes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FÊNIX F.C. booed when Oranil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute Bengt Bouchard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Bengt Bouchard made a precise shot to the right of Téo Koehler. Oranil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. In the 70th minute, Bengt Bouchard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FÊNIX F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. 74 minutes into the game, FÊNIX F.C.'s Marquinhos Teixeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Téo Koehler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bengt Bouchard in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Téo Koehler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the game, FÊNIX F.C.'s Bengt Bouchard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Téo Koehler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Téo Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt Bouchard in the 88th minute of play. Marquinhos Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Téo Koehler came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by FÊNIX F.C.'s Bengt Bouchard. But to his dismay, Bengt Bouchard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0.
