All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Caravelas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Armando Bela was slow to take the kick. During this time Pistolero Tricolor FC's players had a chance to rest. The Caravelas FC fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Caravelas FC's Dráuzio Loureiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Caravelas FC booed when Pistolero Tricolor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fang Bing Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gazanfer Özcan Azimli in the 58th minute of play. The throw-in from Arturo Marino in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pistolero Tricolor FC's Mazinho Martins. Fernandão Trigo kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 60thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Caravelas FC's keeper Pedro Luiz Lago was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 67th minute Alex de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fang Bing Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Matthijs Light with Fernandão Trigo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Caravelas FC had played much better football throughout.
