The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Bai Feng Ting left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marília AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Marcelinho Pinheiro hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Renatinho Tavares succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 14th playminute. Bai Feng Ting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardinho Aguiar having to interfere. Renatinho Tavares took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardinho Aguiar. Ricardinho Aguiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Renatinho Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Renatinho Tavares notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Olinda's Ricardinho Aguiar. Ricardinho Aguiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Olinda getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Jean do Nascimento hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renatinho Tavares got free with Ricardinho Aguiar in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute Douglas Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardinho Aguiar made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Renatinho Tavares sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renatinho Tavares got free with Ricardinho Aguiar in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th match minute, Olinda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelinho Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Renatinho Tavares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Renatinho Tavares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardinho Aguiar. Olinda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renatinho Tavares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Ricardinho Aguiar came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Marília AC's Renatinho Tavares. But to his dismay, Renatinho Tavares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Bai Feng Ting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renatinho Tavares took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardinho Aguiar. Ricardinho Aguiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Akın Seccac scored 9-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardinho Aguiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcelinho Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Marília AC's Geronimo Ignatius was substituted for Eriberto Lucas. Marcelinho Pinheiro hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the game, Marília AC's Renatinho Tavares nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardinho Aguiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Marília AC's Delfim de Andrade was substituted for Renatinho Tavares. Marcelinho Pinheiro made in the 78th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Laerte Luz immediately put the ball in play. Olinda's Ricardinho Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Marques in the 79th minute of play. Delfim de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Olinda's goal looked a bit too open when Delfim de Andrade came free, but Ricardinho Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Delfim de Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marília AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. The supporters of Olinda booed when Marília AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Marília AC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
