The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Mello. João Paulo Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th match minute, Gigabyte Futebol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerson Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Trigo in the 7th minute of play forced Gigabyte Futebol's goalkeeper Luís Fábio de Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes of play, S.C. Reis United's Elói Koehler made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luís Fábio de Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Rafa Mello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.C. Reis United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luís Fábio de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão de Carvalho in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of S.C. Reis United booed when Gigabyte Futebol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigabyte Futebol's Luís Fábio de Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Trigo in the 24th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Gigabyte Futebol got a freekick which was hit by Joel Teles. João Paulo Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Luís Fábio de Souza came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by S.C. Reis United's Rafa Mello. But to his dismay, Rafa Mello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 43rd minute, Henrique Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Luís Fábio de Souza. Gigabyte Futebol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. The Gigabyte Futebol players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. S.C. Reis United were winning 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafa Mello made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Elói Koehler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.C. Reis United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 57 minutes into the match, Henrique Trigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Fábio de Souza. Gigabyte Futebol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrique Trigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 60 minutes into the game, Betão de Carvalho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luís Fábio de Souza. Betão de Carvalho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Gigabyte Futebol's Luís Fábio de Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Trigo in the 67th minute of play. Elói Koehler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luís Fábio de Souza came out and tried to block the shot, but Elói Koehler slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Elói Koehler kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luís Fábio de Souza. That made the score 0-10 in the 75 minute of play. Gigabyte Futebol's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Rafa Mello scored to the left of an out of position Luís Fábio de Souza, making the score, 0-11. In the 81st minute, S.C. Reis United's Elói Koehler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luís Fábio de Souza. Luís Fábio de Souza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Betão de Carvalho during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th match minute, S.C. Reis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão de Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrique Trigo got free with Luís Fábio de Souza in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute of the match, Rafa Mello tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luís Fábio de Souza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match was over S.C. Reis United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gigabyte Futebol throughout the match.
