After a rather tough play, Marília AC's Betinho Souto got a free kick in the 7th minute. The supporters of Risca Faca IMT booed when Marília AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulão Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Risca Faca IMT's Boruc Plaski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatinho Tavares in the 14th minute of play. Marília AC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abel Barros in the 16th minute. It was a well-played corner which Bai Feng Ting managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Boruc Plaski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renatinho Tavares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marília AC's attentive Bai Feng Ting managed to snatch the ball when Best Killer made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. If Tomás Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the game, Renatinho Tavares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Boruc Plaski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 32 minutes into the match, Marília AC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Prestes came free, but Jacinto Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marília AC's Jacinto Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Azevedo in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Risca Faca IMT got a corner. Marília AC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paulo Renato Prestes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Betinho Souto tried in the 35th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Jacinto Loureiro a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. Jacinto Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romário Aparecido got free with Jacinto Loureiro in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Paulo Renato Prestes put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jacinto Loureiro. Jacinto Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Renato Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário Aparecido in the 79th minute of play forced Marília AC's goalkeeper Jacinto Loureiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romário Aparecido might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacinto Loureiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romário Aparecido ran back to his position shaking his head. Marília AC's Delfim de Andrade was substituted for Renatinho Tavares. Paulo Renato Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jacinto Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boruc Plaski was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Akın Seccac capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Akın Seccac really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3.
