Reis United's Elói Koehler made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gláuber Ramalho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half S.C. Reis United were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Deivid Ortiz made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, S. E. In the 68th minute of the match, Henrique Trigo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gláuber Ramalho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as S.C. Reis United's Betão de Carvalho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gláuber Ramalho. That made the score 1-3 after 69 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Henrique Trigo sped through S. E. Palestra's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gláuber Ramalho. Henrique Trigo scored 1-5 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gláuber Ramalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute, Sílvio Luís Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafa Mello might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gláuber Ramalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rafa Mello ran back to his position shaking his head. When Rafa Mello, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 88 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Gláuber Ramalho was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Deivid Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. S.C. Reis United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
