Spectators: 7800 (Terracing: 5851, Seating: 1794, VIP seats: 155) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kaan Kaa got the match started through his kick off. Vladimir Zhdanov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th match minute, FENIX FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Hannover Football Club's Tymoteusz Sanocki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Arósio in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute Rune Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tymoteusz Sanocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vítor Diniz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. João Paulo Silva came out and tried to block the shot, but Vítor Diniz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Frits Elhart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hannover Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FENIX FC the free kick. After 24 played minutes Hannover Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Frits Elhart. João Paulo Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráusio Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tymoteusz Sanocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Gustafsson in the 28th minute of play. Frédson Cosme kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. João Paulo Silva made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Kaan Kaa sent off a good shot on target. Tymoteusz Sanocki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir Zhdanov in the 37th minute of the match. João Paulo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Cosme, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rune Gustafsson to make the kick off. Frits Elhart hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Tymoteusz Sanocki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Gustafsson in the 52nd minute of the match. A hard shot 54 in the game by Vladimir Zhdanov from a close distance when the talented Tymoteusz Sanocki managed to make a qualified save. Hannover Football Club's players were relieved. João Paulo Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaan Kaa's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. The supporters of FENIX FC booed when Hannover Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaan Kaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rune Gustafsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tymoteusz Sanocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Arósio in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celsinho Messias in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tymoteusz Sanocki saved Hannover Football Club from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in FENIX FC's zone, Frédson Cosme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Paulo Silva came out of the goal and Frédson Cosme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kaan Kaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Paulo Silva having to interfere. Válter Domingues hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Rune Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tymoteusz Sanocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson Cosme in the 77th minute of play forced FENIX FC's goalkeeper João Paulo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Kaan Kaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Paulo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válter Domingues in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of FENIX FC booed when Hannover Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Diniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. FENIX FC's Dráuzio Toledo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hannover Football Club. For all the effort they put into the match, the FENIX FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hannover Football Club.
