The supporters of BURITIS FC booed when C.A.Guimarães was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerson Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Waddah Fudail had great luck who in the 8thth minute grab hold of the ball when Rubens Reis from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Vito da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. C.A.Guimarães's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Rubens Reis scored to the left of an out of position Waddah Fudail, making the score, 2-0. Vito da Mata received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Waddah Fudail came out and tried to block the shot, but Vito da Mata slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 16th minute. Waddah Fudail made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edson Azevedo in the 22nd minute. Cristóvão Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Vito da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edson Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Waddah Fudail tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 played minutes, BURITIS FC's Joel Pombal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Waddah Fudail came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BURITIS FC reached it. Waddah Fudail stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rubens Reis's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Marcel Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubens Reis in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waddah Fudail saved C.A.Guimarães from getting behind. Waddah Fudail made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Edson Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute, C.A.Guimarães's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vito da Mata fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, BURITIS FC's Jerônimo Linhares got a free kick in the 45th minute. Edson Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raí Faria made a kick off. Rubens Reis took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waddah Fudail. Waddah Fudail dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, BURITIS FC's Rubens Reis got a free kick in the 54th minute. Vito da Mata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rubens Reis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waddah Fudail having to make a save. In the 62nd minute, Ernani Paraense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BURITIS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. The BURITIS FC fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when BURITIS FC's Rubens Reis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vito da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71st play minutes Rubens Reis shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Waddah Fudail and just under the crossbar into goal. When BURITIS FC's Edson Azevedo in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The BURITIS FC fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when BURITIS FC's Rubens Reis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 81 minutes into the game, Jerônimo Linhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BURITIS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Guimarães the free kick. In the 81st minute, Jerônimo Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waddah Fudail took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Rubens Reis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Waddah Fudail was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91stth minute of the game Rubens Reis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.Guimarães's Waddah Fudail was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Rubens Reis made a precise shot to the right of Waddah Fudail. C.A.Guimarães's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. When the referee ended the match the BURITIS FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
