With his leg Manoel Souza managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Macaco F.C.'s Geovanni Pinho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 4th minute of the match, Zé Pedro Prestes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manoel Souza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Cocau Brasilia FC o o getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Renato Ribeiro hit a great ball. Cocau Brasilia FC o o's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Eusébio de Toledo scored to the left of an out of position Manoel Souza, making the score, 1-0. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Fábio Dracena with Benjamim Trancoso as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Geovanni Pinho's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Manoel Souza firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Macaco F.C. booed when Cocau Brasilia FC o o was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inácio Botelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cocau Brasilia FC o o's goalkeeper Manoel Souza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Geovanni Pinho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 25th playminute. Geovanni Pinho scored 3-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manoel Souza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manoel Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Pedro Prestes in the 31st minute of play. Manoel Souza was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Thomás Pimenta. After 42 minutes, Benjamim Trancoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Macaco F.C. and the Cocau Brasilia FC o o players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomás Pimenta in the 46th minute of play forced Cocau Brasilia FC o o's goalkeeper Manoel Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Manoel Souza came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Macaco F.C.'s Zé Pedro Prestes. But to his dismay, Zé Pedro Prestes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 57th minute, Bruno Coutinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Macaco F.C.'s Hílton Mangueira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Macaco F.C. from getting a goal against them. Manoel Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Pinho in the 62nd minute of the match. Manoel Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanni Pinho in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Geovanni Pinho notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Cocau Brasilia FC o o's Manoel Souza. Manoel Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manoel Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Pedro Prestes charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Pedro Prestes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zé Pedro Prestes hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Eusébio de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macaco F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio de Toledo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manoel Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovanni Pinho in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cocau Brasilia FC o o's Inácio Botelho got a free kick in the 87th minute. Geovanni Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manoel Souza having to interfere. After some careless play in the Cocau Brasilia FC o o defense, Thomás Pimenta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manoel Souza. The Cocau Brasilia FC o o fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manoel Souza should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Macaco F.C. fully deserved thier win.
