Manoel Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Dudu Palmeira made a precise shot to the right of Manoel Souza. Cocau Brasilia FC o o's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After the first half SAO JOANENSE FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Murillo Catarinense made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Murillo Catarinense kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Manoel Souza. That made the score 0-5 in the 53 minute of play. Dudu Palmeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Manoel Souza made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Elói Cosme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manoel Souza. Cocau Brasilia FC o o's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elói Cosme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Murillo Catarinense kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Elias Veloso struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Manoel Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAO JOANENSE FC. Jarbas Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
