Breno Gonçalves was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Andorinhas FCC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Reinaldo Hoffmann hit a great ball. Breno Gonçalves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Alvarenga, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of Andorinhas FCC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Discovery:s goal. 39 minutes into the game, Felipe Restu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Discovery's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Andorinhas FCC the free kick. Cristóvão Alvarenga took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Breno Gonçalves. Breno Gonçalves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

In the 53rd minute, Discovery's Cristóvão Alvarenga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Breno Gonçalves. Breno Gonçalves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Felipe Restu kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. When Alix Miel came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Andorinhas FCC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alix Miel couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Paiva in the 62nd minute of play forced Discovery's goalkeeper Godfredo Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Gonçalves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristóvão Alvarenga went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute Petrea Plop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Discovery's Ian Cavalcante ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Breno Gonçalves. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Alix Miel sped through Discovery's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Godfredo Teodor. Andorinhas FCC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alessandro Krieser in the 80th minute. The corner led to Andorinhas FCC's Petrea Plop getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alix Miel in the 83rd minute of play forced Discovery's goalkeeper Godfredo Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alix Miel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Discovery walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
