But to his dismay, Dalmo Veloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marcos Santos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Benê Breckenfeld when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The nice shot from Betão Neves in the 10thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Benê Breckenfeld had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Betão Neves took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Benê Breckenfeld to make any attempt to save it. Carlinhos Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmo Veloso in the 21st minute of play. Carlinhos Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Chute de Ouro FC's goalkeeper Benê Breckenfeld had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Santos. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 27th minute of the game. One of Chute de Ouro FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Trembolona:s goal. When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Trembolona's Paulinho Catarinense got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Benê Breckenfeld. Ademar Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalmo Veloso's late challenge caught a Trembolona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dalmo Veloso helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chute de Ouro FC's Dalmo Veloso got a free kick in the 42nd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Trembolona booed when Chute de Ouro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benê Breckenfeld came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Trembolona's Betão Neves. But to his dismay, Betão Neves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Coutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlinhos Furlan was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Santos in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benê Breckenfeld prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 played minutes Trembolona got a freekick which was hit by Tiago de Queiroz. Benê Breckenfeld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betão Neves in the 72nd minute of play. Washington de Carvalho's late challenge caught a Trembolona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Washington de Carvalho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute, Washington de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademar Cabral in the 76th minute of play forced Chute de Ouro FC's goalkeeper Benê Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlinhos Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Coutinho in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Chute de Ouro FC's Dalmo Veloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlinhos Furlan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Trembolona made a substitution. Tarcisio de Queirós replaced Tiago de Queiroz. Betão Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Benê Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot by Giovanni Nóbrega from long distance, 93 minutes into the match, got Carlinhos Furlan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Carlinhos Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmo Veloso in the 95th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Trembolona fully deserved thier win.
