The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ixidor Lelerre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Guedes in the 5th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Clemente Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olinda FMZ DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Goiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Paulo Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, São José E. C.'s Nuno Simão got a free kick in the 7th minute. 胡思朋 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ixidor Lelerre came out and tried to block the shot, but 胡思朋 slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. After 13 played minutes Olinda FMZ DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Paulo José Bittencourt. Ixidor Lelerre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 胡思朋, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Goiano in the 18th minute of play forced São José E. C.'s goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Paulo Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Raymon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Olinda FMZ DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Guedes came free, but Ixidor Lelerre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ixidor Lelerre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Guedes in the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute Clemente Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Paulo Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olinda FMZ DMZ's Erasmo Sanches was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luiz Paulo Vaz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 28th minute of the match Erasmo Sanches sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Paulo Vaz skillfully saved the ball. When Feliks Olchowy fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olinda FMZ DMZ's protests and gave Feliks Olchowy a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Olinda FMZ DMZ getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Feliks Olchowy hit a great ball. 胡思朋's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Ixidor Lelerre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 42nd match minute, São José E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Paulo Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo José Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 47th minute Raimundo Raymon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Paulo Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Ixidor Lelerre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 胡思朋 in the 54th minute of the match. If 胡思朋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luiz Paulo Vaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Goiano in the 60th minute. Ixidor Lelerre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 胡思朋, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, 胡思朋 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When São José E. C.'s 胡思朋 in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ixidor Lelerre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for São José E. C.. 79 minutes into the match, São José E. C.'s 胡思朋 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ixidor Lelerre narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ixidor Lelerre came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by São José E. C.'s 胡思朋. But to his dismay, 胡思朋 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.
