After a rather tough play, Curiphila Eagles's Khaidir Sopandi got a free kick in the 3rd minute. If Taylor Swift had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th match minute, Mitnarotov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulryk Babicki to maneuver through the defense. Lúcio Sá's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cemalettin Yatman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Mitnarotov FC booed when Curiphila Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vince Van Hooveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Douglas Gerber notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Mitnarotov FC's Cemalettin Yatman. Cemalettin Yatman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 25 minutes of play, Curiphila Eagles's Erik Vihonský made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cemalettin Yatman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lúcio Sá came free, but Cemalettin Yatman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Curiphila Eagles were awarded a corner. Gustavo Reis went to the cornerflag to take it. Mitnarotov FC's Cemalettin Yatman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio Sá in the 35th minute of play. Cemalettin Yatman came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Curiphila Eagles's Khaidir Sopandi. But to his dismay, Khaidir Sopandi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mitnarotov FC made a substitution. Rasgun Cool replaced Taylor Swift. The wind increased when Anıl Ege Ufuk made the kick off in the second half. Kjell Sjöö showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Ege Ufuk in the 54th minute of the match. When Mitnarotov FC's Anıl Ege Ufuk in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curiphila Eagles's goalie prevented a goal. Kjell Sjöö showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Ege Ufuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Gustavo Reis tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Kjell Sjöö. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-4 in the 60th minute. Kjell Sjöö showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Ege Ufuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The corner ended in Ulryk Babicki almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Curiphila Eagles's Kjell Sjöö did a great save. After a rather tough play, Mitnarotov FC's Sylwester Tscherner got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th match minute, Mitnarotov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Tscherner to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Curiphila Eagles booed when Mitnarotov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Washington de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Curiphila Eagles's Waldir de Amaral was substituted for Cristian Vides. After a rather tough play, Mitnarotov FC's Washington de Lara got a free kick in the 81st minute. With his leg Cemalettin Yatman managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Curiphila Eagles's Lúcio Sá fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 84 minutes into the match, Curiphila Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Ege Ufuk came free, but Kjell Sjöö reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anıl Ege Ufuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Sjöö having to interfere. Anıl Ege Ufuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Khaidir Sopandi's late challenge caught a Mitnarotov FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Khaidir Sopandi helped the player get up and apologised. The Curiphila Eagles supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Curiphila Eagles would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
