With a little luck, H Romeu's Cláudio Motta got control of the ball when Válbson de Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by H Romeu's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lu Ladron was slow to take the kick. During this time Motta Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. Motta Futebol Clube's Lu Ladron was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cláudio Motta in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cláudio Motta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Sabóia in the 6th minute. Válbson de Alcântara had several of the H Romeu's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Cláudio Motta as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 12 played minutes H Romeu got a freekick which was hit by Anton Brãgutã. Artur Sabóia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Cláudio Motta made a huge save. 20 minutes into the match, H Romeu's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson de Alcântara came free, but Cláudio Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The coaching staff of Motta Futebol Clube protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Luizão Domingues had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 24th minute, one of Motta Futebol Clube:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Motta Futebol Clube. Motta Futebol Clube:s Aírton de Lima showed great skill when he stopped Arturo Baruffa:s penalty. In the 28th minute Dudu Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute Ulryk Czubski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aírton de Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aírton de Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulryk Czubski, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. H Romeu were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Motta Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Gustavo Damião took the corner. The corner led H Romeu's Ulryk Czubski to fire away a dangerous shot which Aírton de Lima despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Cláudio Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armandinho Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Artur Sabóia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cláudio Motta. H Romeu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artur Sabóia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Danilo Arantes made a great header on Motta Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that H Romeu's Cláudio Motta managed to reach the ball for a save. After 63 minutes H Romeu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Danilo Arantes who took care of the corner kick. In the 65th minute, H Romeu's He Lin Di dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2. Edu Almeida charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edu Almeida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Edu Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, H Romeu's Arturo Baruffa got a free kick in the 79th minute. H Romeu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Gustavo Damião in the 83rd minute. With a little luck, Motta Futebol Clube's Aírton de Lima got control of the ball when He Lin Di tried to sneak it across the goal line. Artur Sabóia scored 6-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cláudio Motta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
