After a rather tough play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Glauco Munhoz got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Kutluay Ömürcan's late challenge caught a Xandeco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kutluay Ömürcan helped the player get up and apologised. If Dinei Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dinei Leme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guga de Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Dino Amorim replaced Luiz Torres. Dinei Leme took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guga de Azevedo. Guga de Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 91st minute Dinei Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga de Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Donzela de Ferro FBPA had won after a very even match.
