The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fred Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 11 minutes of play, Alvi Verde's Rodolfo Perfecto made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fred Urbano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fred Urbano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilbert Ugalde went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Fred Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juarês Vianna in the 18th minute of the match. Cuero Buseth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Urbano having to interfere. Piarres Cabredo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juarês Vianna in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Urbano saved XV Piracicaba from getting behind. 39 minutes into the match, Cuero Buseth notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of XV Piracicaba's Fred Urbano. Fred Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juarês Vianna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fred Urbano having to make a save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juarês Vianna to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Wilbert Ugalde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fred Urbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Cuero Buseth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Fred Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, XV Piracicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Juarês Vianna came free, but Fred Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Alvi Verde's Juarês Vianna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. 59 minutes into the match, XV Piracicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Juarês Vianna came free, but Fred Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Juarês Vianna dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fred Urbano, 0-7. After a rather tough play, XV Piracicaba's Miguel Ángel Furland got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Adam Galagan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juarês Vianna in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fred Urbano saved XV Piracicaba from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Giovanni Hermes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alvi Verde fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Wilbert Ugalde might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fred Urbano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilbert Ugalde ran back to his position shaking his head. Cuero Buseth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvi Verde were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after XV Piracicaba's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Attila Kiss took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Giovanni Hermes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. XV Piracicaba's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Juarês Vianna scored to the left of an out of position Fred Urbano, making the score, 0-9. If Juarês Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvi Verde's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
