Fábio Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juarês Vianna in the 14th minute of the match. Luiz Fabiano Paraíba hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The Gremio NG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fábio Pinheiro should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Alvi Verde could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gremio NG throughout the match.
