Miguel Ángel Furland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Ángel Furland took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aírton Queirós. Aírton Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Quebra Ossos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Ángel Furland came free, but Aírton Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dênis de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gino Couto managed to get in a good position for a shot. XV Piracicaba's supporters rose to their feet, but Gino Couto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aírton Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Quebra Ossos FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eliézer Dracena hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Quebra Ossos FC defense, Miguel Ángel Furland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aírton Queirós. The Quebra Ossos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aírton Queirós should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute, Miguel Ángel Furland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aírton Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. When Miguel Ángel Furland came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the XV Piracicaba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Ángel Furland couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Miguel Ángel Furland notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Quebra Ossos FC's Aírton Queirós. Aírton Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 39 minutes into the match, Quebra Ossos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Ángel Furland came free, but Aírton Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Ángel Furland in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aírton Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Miguel Ángel Furland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aírton Queirós came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by XV Piracicaba's Gino Couto. But to his dismay, Gino Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Aírton Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Ángel Furland in the 47th minute of the match. After 47 minutes of play, XV Piracicaba's Miguel Ángel Furland made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aírton Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Quebra Ossos FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. XV Piracicaba were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Ángel Furland was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, XV Piracicaba's Gino Couto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aírton Queirós. Aírton Queirós yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Nico Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Queirós having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Miguel Ángel Furland reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aírton Queirós. The goal made the score 0-9. Miguel Ángel Furlands short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Aírton Queirós to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Miguel Ángel Furland got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eliézer Sarmento kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Gino Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Sílvio Corrêa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fred Urbano was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Gino Couto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aírton Queirós read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Gino Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Queirós having to interfere. Miguel Ángel Furland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aírton Queirós having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Nico Barros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aírton Queirós. That made the score 0-11 in the 87 minute of play. Miguel Ángel Furland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Queirós having to interfere. When the match was over XV Piracicaba could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Quebra Ossos FC throughout the match.
