Clube Atlético Impávido's João Adolfo Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Prestes in the 5th minute of play. Edward Kisielka took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caco Azevedo. Caco Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s Murilo Prestes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Adolfo Rosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. João Adolfo Rosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Romero in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Válter Camargo came free, but Caco Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válter Camargo in the 15th minute of play forced SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Caco Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When SORRISO E. C.'s Murilo Prestes in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Murilo Prestes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Adolfo Rosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Impávido's goalkeeper João Adolfo Rosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cléber da Costa. 35 minutes into the game, Richard Boschker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Caco Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Válter Camargo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caco Azevedo was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Murilo Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caco Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Boschker in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Stig-Arne Ekström lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Caco Azevedo. Válter Camargo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Caco Azevedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Caco Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válter Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murilo Prestes in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Adolfo Rosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SORRISO E. C.'s Caco Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Válter Camargo in the 75th minute of play. In the 80th minute Richard Boschker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Stig-Arne Ekström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Romero in the 89th minute of play forced Clube Atlético Impávido's goalkeeper João Adolfo Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 minutes SORRISO E. C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Kisielka who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Edward Kisielka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SORRISO E. C.'s Caco Azevedo did a great save. A collision led to Clube Atlético Impávido getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Richard Boschker hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Clube Atlético Impávido walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
