The wind increased when Valdir Tavares made the kick off in the second half. Alexandre Diniz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Laércio Eger came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexandre Diniz slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 52nd minute. Pecém's Laércio Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Diniz in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Pecém getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Benjamim Pernambucano hit a great ball. E.C.MORGANTI's Rodriguinho Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Diniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Laércio Eger made a huge save. 68 minutes into the game, E.C.MORGANTI's Marcelinho Alagoano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laércio Eger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. In the 72nd minute, Marcelinho Alagoano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Laércio Eger. The goal made the score 0-11. Laércio Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelinho Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Pecém's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Diniz came free, but Laércio Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
