Arí Lopes made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Marcello Lewandowski sent off a good shot on target. Tribos's Edvin van der Saar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Bonk in the 14th minute of play. Marcel Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Arí Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcello Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Arí Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tribos. In a very dangerous position, a player in MARIMBONDO F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 22nd minute. Penalty! Arí Lopes went to the wrong direction when Jaroslaw Winograd was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Tribos's Marcello Lewandowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arí Lopes. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. If Zé Augusto Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arí Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcello Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Marcello Lewandowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arí Lopes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Marcello Lewandowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arí Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in MARIMBONDO F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Arí Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcello Lewandowski in the 56th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Tribos's Christopher Sjögren seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Christopher Sjögren the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tribos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Christopher Sjögren had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 70 minutes, Olavo Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MARIMBONDO F.C and the Tribos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, MARIMBONDO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olavo Lima to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Marcello Lewandowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arí Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Olavo Lima in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tribos's Adélio Pinhal. MARIMBONDO F.C's Arí Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcello Lewandowski in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to MARIMBONDO F.C getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edinho Goiano hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Kaan Kayaer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, MARIMBONDO F.C's Olavo Lima got a free kick in the 84th minute. Marcello Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Arí Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tribos. The Tribos fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Tribos's Marcello Lewandowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 90 minutes into the match, MARIMBONDO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Marcello Lewandowski came free, but Arí Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Marcello Lewandowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arí Lopes. MARIMBONDO F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcello Lewandowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. The audience was convinced that Marcello Lewandowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arí Lopes was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tribos had played much better football throughout.
