Spectators: 7696 (Terracing: 5773, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Augusto Mendonça started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Quidombo SC defense, Doni de Medeiros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Elia. The Quidombo SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Elia should have stopped the shot. In the 6th minute, João Carlos Proença reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eugênio Tepedino. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 14th minute Célio Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Carlos Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the game, Ronaldo Nazário De Lima cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Eugênio Tepedino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Severino Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Célio Nunes in the 21st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Paulo Ortiz during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Percival Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Flalemanha's Eugênio Tepedino got control of the ball when João Carlos Proença tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eugênio Tepedino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 倪霆超 in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Célio Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Mendonça in the 45th minute of play forced Quidombo SC's goalkeeper Severino Elia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for João Carlos Proença to strike the kick off in the second half. Doni de Medeiros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Severino Elia made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, Quidombo SC's Ronaldo Nazário De Lima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eugênio Tepedino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugênio Tepedino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 倪霆超's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When João Carlos Proença came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Quidombo SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Carlos Proença couldn't finish the play. Quidombo SC's Adalberto Nascimento was substituted for João Carlos Proença. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adalberto Nascimento in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugênio Tepedino saved Flalemanha from getting behind. In the 77th minute, Davi Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davi Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when João Paulo Ortiz put in a rough tackle. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Quidombo SC! Quidombo SC:s Severino Elia showed great skill when he stopped Célio Nunes:s penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adalberto Nascimento in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugênio Tepedino saved Flalemanha from getting behind. Osvaldinho Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Severino Elia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Célio Nunes. Davi Sergipano charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Davi Sergipano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, Quidombo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Sergipano to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Flalemanha's Zé Carlos Souza got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Quidombo SC had won after a very even match.
