The Valente FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Taquaril SS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Paolo Guerrero scored to the left of an out of position Eugênio Recife, making the score, 2-0. 9 minutes into the match, Taquaril SS's goal looked a bit too open when Madaleno Baltanas came free, but Eugênio Recife reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Valente FC's 崔政强 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Kaká Garcia took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Eugênio Recife to make any attempt to save it. Dedé Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Taquaril SS's Eugênio Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 崔政强 in the 25th minute of play. Manuel Botelho hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Paolo Guerrero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Eugênio Recife tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugênio Recife showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 崔政强 in the 28th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Taquaril SS got a freekick which was hit by Wellington Campidelis. With an all-out effort, Valente FC's Eugênio Recife threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Madaleno Baltanas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eugênio Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madaleno Baltanas in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Taquaril SS's goal looked a bit too open when Kaká Garcia came free, but Eugênio Recife reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Madaleno Baltanas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugênio Recife saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taquaril SS's Eugênio Recife proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Taquaril SS from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paolo Guerrero in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugênio Recife saved Taquaril SS from getting behind. In the 45th minute, Valente FC's Kaká Garcia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eugênio Recife. Eugênio Recife yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

José Paulo Viana charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Paulo Viana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Taquaril SS booed when Valente FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Madaleno Baltanas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Taquaril SS's goal looked a bit too open when Kaká Garcia came free, but Eugênio Recife reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute of the match, Paulo Rink got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dida Trigo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 62 minutes into the match, Taquaril SS's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Guerrero came free, but Eugênio Recife reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 63 played minutes Taquaril SS got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Soeiro. Taquaril SS's Eugênio Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaká Garcia in the 64th minute of play. Kaká Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paolo Guerrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugênio Recife having to interfere. In the 70th minute Valente FC were awarded a corner. Kaká Garcia went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Valente FC's Kaká Garcia to fire away a dangerous shot which Eugênio Recife despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Kaká Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valente FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaká Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugênio Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Guerrero in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Madaleno Baltanas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Eugênio Recife was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Valente FC's Dida Trigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Valente FC from getting a goal against them. Madaleno Baltanas struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Eugênio Recife didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valente FC. Basílio Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Zhan Gevechanov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Henrique in the 93rd minute of play forced Valente FC's goalkeeper Dida Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kaká Garcia took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugênio Recife. Eugênio Recife dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Taquaril SS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
