Percy Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil de Salles in the 3rd minute of play. Percy Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Marcus Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percy Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Percy Paiva came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's André Luiz Bezerra. But to his dismay, André Luiz Bezerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Scragbadun FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gil de Salles came free, but Percy Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Tomé Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Marcus Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percy Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dráuzio Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute of the match, Tomé Araújo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Durval Marinho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 26th minute Gil de Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percy Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gil de Salles sped through Scragbadun FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Percy Paiva. 29 minutes into the game, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Gil de Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcus Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Percy Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Percy Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Bezerra in the 43rd minute of the match. Percy Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Marcus Arce might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Percy Paiva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus Arce ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gil de Salles to make the kick off. 51 minutes in the game, Gil de Salles fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Percy Paiva having to interfere. Percy Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ingvar Wallin's late challenge caught a BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Percy Paiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gil de Salles in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Scragbadun FC's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Bezerra came free, but Percy Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which André Luiz Bezerra managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 90 minutes into the match, Scragbadun FC's goalkeeper Percy Paiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil de Salles. A sloppy throw-in by Ezequiel Pernambucano in the 95th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Scragbadun FC's Reinaldo Severo.
