In the 15th minute Leví Cabezudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CENZI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anaking Skywalker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 41st minute, Caetano Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th match minute, CENZI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dário Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute Leví Cabezudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Ceilândia Futebol Clube were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edinho Viana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Camargo in the 63rd minute of play forced Ceilândia Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Rui Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gil Cunha scored 0-7 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teodoro Cardozo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Teodoro Cardozo made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Gil Cunha sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the match, Leví Cabezudo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teodoro Cardozo, 0-8. Teodoro Cardozo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Cunha in the 93rd minute of play. CENZI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Leví Cabezudo scored to the left of an out of position Teodoro Cardozo, making the score, 0-12. Ceilândia Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
