Spectators: 7778 (Terracing: 5834, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro de Toledo started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Chapadao Rs's Pedro de Toledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chico Pinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 7 minutes Moura's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frechoso Polentinos who took care of the corner kick. Frechoso Polentinos made a great header on Chapadao Rs's corner, it was just that Moura's Chico Pinho managed to reach the ball for a save. Igor Michalski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Chico Pinho came out and tried to block the shot, but Igor Michalski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. In the 16th minute, Chapadao Rs's Pedro de Toledo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of Moura booed when Chapadao Rs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Rafe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raphael Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Colella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmondo Colella's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raphael Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Edmondo Colella who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chapadao Rs's Raphael Peres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederick Salms in the 35th minute of play forced Chapadao Rs's goalkeeper Raphael Peres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Igor Michalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edmondo Colella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frederick Salms recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmondo Colella to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Moura got a freekick which was hit by Erben Rademaker. Chico Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Arce in the 61st minute of play. Pedro de Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriano Penas short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Raphael Peres to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 71st minute Felipe Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chico Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro de Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Pedro de Toledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Pinho was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After 80 minutes of play, Chapadao Rs's Pedro de Toledo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chico Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chico Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the game, Felipe Arce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Chico Pinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Igor Michalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chapadao Rs's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Michalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chico Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, Felipe Arce notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Moura's Chico Pinho. Chico Pinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moura's Chico Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro de Toledo in the 95th minute of play. Raphael Peres was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Adriano Pena capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adriano Pena really showed his touch with that goal: 5-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chapadao Rs fans cheered their team off the field, for while Moura had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
