Maicon Matos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 14 minutes into the game, Unidade Popular's Virgílio Carneiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maicon Matos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Vladimir Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Ramiro Linares notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Legend™'s Maicon Matos. Maicon Matos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute of the match, Ciro Tróia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cláudio Siqueira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Legend™'s Pedro Paulo Miranda got a free kick in the 38th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Raúl Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unidade Popular's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raúl Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maicon Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Virgílio Carneiro sped through Legend™'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maicon Matos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgílio Carneiro in the 57th minute of play forced Legend™'s goalkeeper Maicon Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Legend™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Viana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Jaime Schmidt had several of the Legend™'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 79 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-7 score and a disappointed Maicon Matos as he didn't even see the shot coming. 81 minutes into the match, Unidade Popular's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Tróia came free, but Cláudio Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Elias Viana lined in a short shot 0-8 behind a frustrated Maicon Matos. In the 87thth minute of the game Elias Viana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legend™'s Maicon Matos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute of the match, Elias Viana tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maicon Matos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
