After 10 minutes Legend™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Valdemar Lima who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Clube Atlético Paraense's Tarcisio Pimenta to a score. 1-0 in the 11th minute. Samuca Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Tarcisio Pimenta succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 16th playminute. Maicon Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 played minutes Legend™ got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo Miranda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Britto in the 26th minute of play forced Legend™'s goalkeeper Ciro Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Legend™'s Ciro Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Goycoa in the 27th minute of play. Ciro Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Goycoa in the 27th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Alejandro Goycoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Tróia was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Eusébio Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro de Senna in the 41st minute of play. Maicon Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Monteiro having to interfere. Teodoro de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Eusébio Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro de Senna to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Clube Atlético Paraense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Kilberg to maneuver through the defense. Eusébio Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro de Senna, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maicon Matos got free with Eusébio Monteiro in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusébio Monteiro came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Legend™'s Paulo Zonta. But to his dismay, Paulo Zonta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 66 minutes into the game, Clube Atlético Paraense's Jardel Britto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciro Tróia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. 6-1 became the score in the 71st minute when Jardel Britto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Teodoro de Senna came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Legend™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro de Senna couldn't finish the play. Ciro Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Novaes in the 86th minute of play. Paulo Zonta hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Pedro Paulo Miranda hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Jardel Britto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Tróia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Clube Atlético Paraense's Zé Pedro Machado was substituted for Tarcisio Pimenta.
