In the 21st minute Corinthos Manuela F.C. were awarded a corner. Torbjörn Hellsing went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Christiano Rocha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barra EC's Romeu Borges did a great save. 22 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Hellsing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Romeu Borges was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nove Unax showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natanael Souza in the 28th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Barra EC's goalkeeper Romeu Borges had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torbjörn Hellsing. The supporters of Corinthos Manuela F.C. booed when Barra EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cícero Cearense didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torbjörn Hellsing in the 88th minute of play forced Barra EC's goalkeeper Romeu Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Barra EC's Natanael Souza in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corinthos Manuela F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Nove Unax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Souto in the 96th minute of play.
