Luiz Guilherme Penha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vivaldo Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes Laranja Mecânica F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Gonçalves. 92 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Souza notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Juvenil Sport Club's Luiz Guilherme Penha. Luiz Guilherme Penha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laranja Mecânica F. C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
