Joel Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 曲明强 in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, 曲明强 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Linares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gonçalo Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Zé Carlos Loyola took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laércio Sá. Laércio Sá dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 20 minutes into the game, 曲明强 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Joel Linares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joel Linares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mané Castro went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Jaraguáriuno booed when Psiu! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. 曲明强 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Psiu! fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Psiu!'s Sydney Gonçalves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 41st minute, Sydney Gonçalves made a precise shot to the right of Joel Linares. Jaraguáriuno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Raúl Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 48 minutes, Sydney Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Psiu!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Sydney Gonçalves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Carlos Loyola made a kick off. The supporters of Psiu! booed when Jaraguáriuno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Tepedino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wiliam Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Zé Carlos Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Laércio Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Jaraguáriuno's goal looked a bit too open when Sydney Gonçalves came free, but Joel Linares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yuri Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute, Psiu!'s Sydney Gonçalves dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Castro in the 82nd minute of play forced Jaraguáriuno's goalkeeper Joel Linares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Jaraguáriuno's goalkeeper Joel Linares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sydney Gonçalves. In the 88th minute Urbano Alzola suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 88 minutes, Zé Carlos Loyola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaraguáriuno and the Psiu! players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jaraguáriuno getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Zé Carlos Loyola hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Psiu!'s Raúl Nascimento got a free kick in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Sydney Gonçalves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Linares. Jaraguáriuno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sydney Gonçalves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Psiu!'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
