The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Cadu Team from getting a goal against them. Fabrício Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Britto hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Hugo Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Moisés de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamo Colorado's supporters rose to their feet, but Moisés de Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gelu Lepuș breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduardo Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Fabrício Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Válbson Paiva in the 37th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Ediberto da Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cadu Team's protests and gave Ediberto da Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. Gelu Lepuș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Narusson in the 52nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mattias Downing in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabrício Negri saved Dinamo Colorado from getting behind. Fabrício Negri had great luck who in the 53rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Mattias Downing from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Hugo Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Cadu Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Alcântara couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute of the match, Válbson Paiva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabrício Negri saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Andre Barugh kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Dinamo Colorado's Rivaldo Dez was substituted for Dorian Gerber. The supporters of Dinamo Colorado booed when Cadu Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Barugh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gelu Lepuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Lamonica, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 74 played minutes Cadu Team got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Gerber. Gelu Lepuș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Lamonica in the 80th minute of play. Davi Lamonica fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelu Lepuș having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Alcântara in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrício Negri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gelu Lepuș didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davi Lamonica went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dinamo Colorado's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
