With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Paulo Falcão in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Vargas saved NEGRITUDE FC from getting behind. In the 5th match minute, NEGRITUDE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trent Alexander-Arnold to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Luiz Paulo Falcão notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of NEGRITUDE FC's Ernesto Vargas. Ernesto Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 15 minutes into the match, NEGRITUDE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Vaz came free, but Ernesto Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Bastos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes, Ibura Dortmund's Antolin Valdivia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ernesto Vargas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ibura Dortmund reached it. After 21 played minutes NEGRITUDE FC got a freekick which was hit by Júnior Pereira. When Ibura Dortmund's Horacio Errapel in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ernesto Vargas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. A collision led to NEGRITUDE FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Inácio Macedo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the NEGRITUDE FC defense, Caco Vaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernesto Vargas. The NEGRITUDE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernesto Vargas should have stopped the shot. The NEGRITUDE FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ibura Dortmund were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caco Vaz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Inácio Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Caco Vaz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernesto Vargas. The goal made the score 0-6. After having played for 56 minutes, Horacio Errapel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibura Dortmund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horacio Errapel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltazar de Castro's late challenge caught a Ibura Dortmund's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltazar de Castro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to NEGRITUDE FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Baltazar de Castro hit a great ball. Ernesto Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Júnior Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Pereira having to interfere. After 70 minutes of play, Ibura Dortmund's Emiliano Gaudino made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Vargas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd match minute, Ibura Dortmund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Paulo Falcão to maneuver through the defense. Ibura Dortmund's Tiaguinho Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sydney Queiroz in the 77th minute of play. Ernesto Vargas made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Caco Vaz sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th play minute Emiliano Gaudino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ernesto Vargas. 0-8. 83 minutes into the match, Antolin Valdivia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernesto Vargas. NEGRITUDE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antolin Valdivia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. If Emiliano Gaudino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Ibura Dortmund's Horacio Errapel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ernesto Vargas. That made the score 1-10 after 91 minutes of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ibura Dortmund eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
