The Guarei FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Tiaguinho Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Rossi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Luiz Eduardo Nunes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiaguinho Pereira, 3-0. With a little luck, Ibura Dortmund's Tiaguinho Pereira got control of the ball when Kacper Burdalski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kacper Burdalski took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiaguinho Pereira. Tiaguinho Pereira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Armando Ruano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Ibura Dortmund defense, Luiz Eduardo Nunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiaguinho Pereira. The Ibura Dortmund fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiaguinho Pereira should have stopped the shot. Tiaguinho Pereira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Betinho Ferreira's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd match minute, Ibura Dortmund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexsandro Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Ibura Dortmund's Tiaguinho Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Nunes in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Guarei FC booed when Ibura Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Betinho Ferreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiaguinho Pereira. Ibura Dortmund's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Betinho Ferreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Mauro Falcão was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In the 60th match minute, Ibura Dortmund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Falcão to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Guarei FC's Armando Ruano got control of the ball when Jefferson Hermes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiaguinho Pereira came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Guarei FC's Betinho Ferreira. But to his dismay, Betinho Ferreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Tiaguinho Pereira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betinho Ferreira went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Guarei FC made a substitution. Luís Fernando Antunes replaced Kléberson Paraíba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauan de Senna in the 75th minute of play forced Ibura Dortmund's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Edgard Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Angelo Simões's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Ruano was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Ferreira in the 83rd minute of play forced Ibura Dortmund's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kauan de Senna in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Pereira saved Ibura Dortmund from getting behind. After some careless play in the Ibura Dortmund defense, Kacper Burdalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiaguinho Pereira. The Ibura Dortmund fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiaguinho Pereira should have stopped the shot. Guarei FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
