The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waldir Mandrak was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Lucas Head Son recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiago Gabriel Simão. Tiago Gabriel Simão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fred Valencia went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the match, Lucas Head Son had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiago Gabriel Simão. Gru Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Head Son was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. With splendid footwork Fred Valencia arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-10 by the left pole in the game's 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Fred Valencia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiago Gabriel Simão. Fred Valencia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Lucas Head Son fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel Simão having to interfere. Fred Valencia had several of the Gru Futebol Clube's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 74 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-12 score and a disappointed Tiago Gabriel Simão as he didn't even see the shot coming. Fred Valencia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Leonel Xavier could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Tiago Gabriel Simão however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's Fred Valencia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiago Gabriel Simão. That made the score 0-14 after 88 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Gru Futebol Clube defense, Nilmar de Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Gabriel Simão. The Gru Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Gabriel Simão should have stopped the shot. Fred Valencia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Tiago Gabriel Simão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the final whistle sounded INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gru Futebol Clube.
