In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seterma Tractors's goalkeeper Túlio de Toledo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niceto Xacintu scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Túlio de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Alexsandro Tróia came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Flying Dutch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexsandro Tróia couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute Renan de Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Paulo Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Niceto Xacintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geovânio de Senna's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Luís Paulo Romero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexsandro Tróia in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Túlio de Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Alexsandro Tróia made a precise shot to the right of Túlio de Toledo. Seterma Tractors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Seterma Tractors's zone, Niceto Xacintu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Túlio de Toledo came out of the goal and Niceto Xacintu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Niceto Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Xacintu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Túlio de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Túlio de Toledo came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Flying Dutch's Niceto Xacintu. But to his dismay, Niceto Xacintu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 43 minutes into the game, Flying Dutch's Cido de Medeiros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Túlio de Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edvaldo Silva to strike the kick off in the second half. When Flying Dutch's Niceto Xacintu in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seterma Tractors's goalie prevented a goal. Niceto Xacintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Alexsandro Tróia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Seterma Tractors's Túlio de Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Seterma Tractors from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, Cido de Medeiros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Túlio de Toledo. Seterma Tractors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cido de Medeiros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 81st match minute, Flying Dutch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shen Fan Shu to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Túlio de Toledo managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Flying Dutch's Alexsandro Tróia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Túlio de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Xacintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niceto Xacintu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 88th minute, Alexsandro Tróia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Túlio de Toledo. The goal made the score 0-7. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Flying Dutch had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
