He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MILAN F C reached it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudinho Fernandes to make the kick off. Eduardo Revuelta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcinho Barros in the 51st minute of play. Víktor Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gil Seixas's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd match minute, MILAN F C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to MILAN F C getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Colas Alcantara hit a great ball. Eduardo Revuelta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Víktor Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Guerreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Gil Seixas had several of the Ibirama Futebol Clube's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 86 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Víktor Freire as he didn't even see the shot coming. Yan Falcão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ibirama Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Marcinho Barros hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gil Seixas in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Víktor Freire prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The MILAN F C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MILAN F C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
