After having played for 27 minutes, Edson Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARGENTINO JNR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edson Duarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damaso Rafel was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Douglas Costa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Douglas Costa really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Damaso Rafel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RØSANEGRA. RØSANEGRA's Afonso Proença was substituted for Leandro Fonseca. After some careless play in the ARGENTINO JNR defense, Afonso Proença kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Rafel. The ARGENTINO JNR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Rafel should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, ARGENTINO JNR's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Proença came free, but Damaso Rafel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute Prudencio Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Rafel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prudencio Thomas took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damaso Rafel. Damaso Rafel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. Damaso Rafel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 97 minutes, Afonso Proença made it 7-2 with a short kick to the right side. ARGENTINO JNR's Damaso Rafel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. RØSANEGRA had won after a very even match.
