Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Geert Wijgaert got the match started through his kick off. Igapira AD's João Adolfo Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geert Wijgaert in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Geert Wijgaert made a precise shot to the right of João Adolfo Rocha. Igapira AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Geert Wijgaert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. João Adolfo Rocha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geert Wijgaert in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Adolfo Rocha saved Igapira AD from getting behind. João Adolfo Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geert Wijgaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Igapira AD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gilberto Lalla was slow to take the kick. During this time MAGNIFICOS.FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 21st minute Geert Wijgaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Adolfo Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of MAGNIFICOS.FC booed when Igapira AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Nunes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Vaz in the 26th minute of play forced Igapira AD's goalkeeper João Adolfo Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geert Wijgaert in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Adolfo Rocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the game, Roberto Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Igapira AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAGNIFICOS.FC the free kick. In the 35th minute MAGNIFICOS.FC were awarded a corner. Gilberto Lalla went to the cornerflag to take it. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Mané Gerber was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but João Adolfo Rocha in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Geert Wijgaert took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Adolfo Rocha. João Adolfo Rocha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Márcio Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geert Wijgaert in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hudson Mendes to strike the kick off in the second half. Cássio Travassos kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Alexsandro Guerra in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MAGNIFICOS.FC's Pedro Requena. Shivaraja Budaj kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. João Adolfo Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geert Wijgaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Roberto Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geert Wijgaert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Adolfo Rocha having to make a save. 65 minutes into the game, Geert Wijgaert recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Adolfo Rocha. Geert Wijgaert showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Igapira AD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Geert Wijgaert scored to the left of an out of position João Adolfo Rocha, making the score, 0-5. MAGNIFICOS.FC's Frederico Hermes was substituted for Davi Vaz. A collision led to Igapira AD getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Márcio Viana hit a great ball. In the 75th match minute, Igapira AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márcio Viana to maneuver through the defense. João Adolfo Rocha was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gilberto Lalla. After some careless play in the Igapira AD defense, Geert Wijgaert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Adolfo Rocha. The Igapira AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Adolfo Rocha should have stopped the shot. 84 minutes into the game, Fabinho Rossi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 85 played minutes, Igapira AD's Alexsandro Guerra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lara Guadalupi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Igapira AD reached it. After 88 minutes of play, MAGNIFICOS.FC's Ferdinando Pace made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Adolfo Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Igapira AD booed when MAGNIFICOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geert Wijgaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexsandro Guerra's late challenge caught a MAGNIFICOS.FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexsandro Guerra helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MAGNIFICOS.FC booed when Igapira AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geert Wijgaert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igapira AD's Alexsandro Guerra got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Alexsandro Guerra off the ground. Alexsandro Guerra hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Igapira AD's Charles de Souza was substituted for Claudinho Bertassi. MAGNIFICOS.FC played a much better game than Igapira AD and deserved their victory. The Igapira AD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
