Décio Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Martinez in the 10th minute of the match. After some careless play in the LaCity defense, Christian Pelliccioni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Décio Tróia. The LaCity fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Décio Tróia should have stopped the shot. LaCity's Décio Tróia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save LaCity from getting a goal against them. Décio Tróia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Umberto Vale in the 29th minute. Cacá Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Décio Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Pelliccioni in the 31st minute of the match. Eriberto de Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Olsman having to interfere. Décio Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Martinez, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Lautaro Martinez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Décio Tróia, 2-0. 40 minutes into the game, Carlos Alberto Torres threw the ball into play from the sideline. LaCity's Cacá Barros quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Décio Tróia made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Christian Pelliccioni sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Raining Blood's Umberto Vale got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Umberto Vale was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, LaCity's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Vale came free, but Décio Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in LaCity's zone, Remo Goiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Décio Tróia came out of the goal and Remo Goiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 56 minutes into the match, Lautaro Martinez notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of LaCity's Décio Tróia. Décio Tróia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Raining Blood's Jesus Niguel was substituted for Christian Pelliccioni. When Doni Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Raining Blood fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doni Bueno couldn't finish the play. LaCity's Décio Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Vale in the 65th minute of play. After 68 played minutes LaCity got a freekick which was hit by Cacá Barros. In the 70th minute, Remo Goiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Décio Tróia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Umberto Vale went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Décio Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Niguel in the 79th minute of play. Décio Tróia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Niguel in the 84th minute of the match. Décio Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Raining Blood had played much better football throughout.
