Condors F.C.'s Cipriano Souto was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Aimoré's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Beltza came free, but Waldir Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franklin Velasco made a kick off. Cipriano Souto might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Waldir Seco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Souto ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmílson Urbano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the game, Condors F.C.'s Cipriano Souto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldir Seco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 63rd minute, Luís Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Durvalino Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Franklin Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durvalino Barral having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cipriano Souto in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waldir Seco saved Clube Esportivo Aimoré from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Souto in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldir Seco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Americo Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Seco having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Marquez in the 72nd minute of play forced Clube Esportivo Aimoré's goalkeeper Waldir Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gökhan Özgu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 73 minutes into the match. Åke Sundberg hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Edmílson Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Condors F.C.'s Durvalino Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington dos Santos in the 83rd minute of play. When Ulisses Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Condors F.C.'s protests and gave Ulisses Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, Condors F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulisses Marquez to maneuver through the defense. Washington dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durvalino Barral having to interfere. After 96 played minutes Clube Esportivo Aimoré got a freekick which was hit by Åke Sundberg. Ulisses Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Condors F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Clube Esportivo Aimoré had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
